Employees are more likely to stick to lifestyle changes if they track their progress. Evexia makes it easy for employees to keep track of changes in blood pressure, body weight, sleep patterns, physical activity, nutrition and others – at home, at work, anytime, anyplace. The journal can be shared with a coach or kept private.

Goal Trackers

Employees can set goals on “My Wellness Plan” and keep track of their progress through “Goal Trackers”.  These help employees track popular items such as water intake, physical activity, laughter, vegetable intake and others.  Employees can also customize their trackers based on their own goals.

Community

Through Evexia’s community board, wellness coordinators and employees communicate with each other and share pictures to help promote camaraderie and engagement.  Employees share their accomplishments through testimonials and build peer mentoring teams.  They can form their own support groups and create private or public challenges.
