What do your Employees Cost you Apart from their Wages?

A lot! And these costs are rising. And the cost driver is disease, chronic disease to be specific such as heart, diabetes, back problems, arthritis, depression and stress. And one last bit of bad news is that these chronic diseases are showing no signs of getting better. In fact they are getting worse.

But that’s where the bad news end and the good news start.

The good news is that you can put a stop or at least slow down the increase in your costs. How? Attack the problem at its root.
